The Meat Chemistry Proficiency Testing (PT) scheme is designed for Laboratories routinely undertaking chemical analyses on meat and meat products.

Meat Chemistry Schedule
New Zealand Laboratories only:
Meat and Bone-meal samples are despatched bi-monthly in the even months of the year
Meat Paste samples are despatched bi-monthly in the odd months of the year
Meat Chemistry Sample Description
Samples are offered as a two-sample set, consisting of Meat and Bone-meal or Meat Paste samples. Participants are given up to two weeks to examine the samples and return results.
