Global Proficiency Ltd is an independent proficiency testing scheme provider. Global Proficiency was formed by the merger of LabChek, Proficiency Services Ltd (PSL) and AsureQuality's Proficiency business on the 1st of March 2011. Our sole business is the provision of Laboratory Proficiency Testing Schemes, Laboratory Reference Materials and Related Services. We deliver a comprehensive range of proficiency testing schemes including the LabChek range.

In each PT scheme, we invite leading specialists from related industries and participating laboratories to contribute to our Technical Advisory Groups (TAGs). These groups advise us on the design and operation of each PT scheme, to ensure that our procedures continue to be the most appropriate to the needs of participating laboratories, and wider stakeholders. This advice covers:
