The HoneyChek proficiency testing scheme has been developed to assist the honey industry to standardise testing of Active Manuka Honey across a global supply chain. HoneyChek enables laboratories to validate their testing capabilities and to benchmark their results within an international network of laboratories specialising in these tests.
